Title: Aircraft data
Post by: 54Ed on November 05, 2000, 10:26:00 PM
Hi all, I'm pretty new to AH, so forgive me if this info is readily available.

Is there a location to get Aircraft performance data?  The HTC web site has some, but I didn't see the data most useful to the pilot, specifically all the V speeds:  Stall speed, best rate-of-climb speed, best glide speed, maneuvering speed, cornering velocity, etc.

IRL, this data would be available to the pilot in the flight manuals and POH.

Oh, and while I'm at it, why can't we control fuel mixture?

Regards,

I don't have that info either, but I think it'd be extremely useful. If you get an answer, please post it here.

From what I gather, most would rather not have to mess with mixture through varying altitudes.

Oh well. Let's 'em stay under 10k then.
Where's a magnito switch when ya need it?
