Squeeker season is just about to be done!!
School started today for the little ankle bitters here in Florida!! Finally peace and quiet on range vox!! No more 30 plane type missions, no more asking for people who needs a gunner!!
Ahhh the joys of BACK TO SCHOOL!!!
:rock

Started in Texas too. Wooo hooooooo!
-
I saw a school bus today. My first thoughts were the same. :aok
Then I remembered some of my hot teachers. :devil
I must be getting old to think of AH before truly great memories. :rofl :( :cry
-
Ahhh hot teachers.... I had a big one for my 1st grade teacher... I think i still might, even with all the years stacked up against her.
-
On the surface this may seem like a good thing. Squeakers are the future.

I freakin hate the kids. They can screw up just about anything you put together. However I gosta be fair and say the youngest kids really do try and learn and take notice of what you say or advice you hand out, even though they actually fail afterwards :lol
It's the teenagers that's the problem. Like all teenagers they seem to know it all and the little toss bags will argue the point.
It's like this analogy that many teenagers don't get:-
Daddy bull and son bull walk over the hill and see a heard of cows below. Son bull goes "look...lets run down there and shag one of em". Daddy bull replies "No son...lets walk down there and shag em all".

to me that sucks for 2 reasons.
1) mom stays there with my brother....till his daughter starts school. then she comes here to visit for a few months.
2) that means school here is going to start soon......and that almost doubles my drive time to work.
-
Oh boy it's soccer mom driving with a cell phone stuck to her ear putting on makeup at 45mph in the left lane season...can't wait... :cry
Wouldn't be so bad if the soccer moms would at least learn how to use blue tooth hands free...and stay out of the left hand lane!!!
45 minute ride to work turns into 80 minutes if the weather is clear...add a little rain or snow an it's 120 minutes minimum.

Im Glad.

How can you say this I only have 6 days of freedom left. :cry
-
Unfortunately, I will be bringing the PC to my apartment at college, so you all won't be getting rid of me. :aok

:lol Great to see this commercial is coming back!
-
Starting Thursday morning. Senior Year, woot! :aok
-
LOL the kids arent the problem. Its human nature more old dudes with nasty attitudes than squekers being problems, and at least you get a fair fight from most squekers because they try hard. By the way the bad habits ive seen most of them learn are from some of the old timers.
S stokes
Ive had some of the best times flying with Stokes.

Don't let the truth get in the way of a good story
-
Yep. My two older sons started yesterday. Zachary, my youngest at nearly five years old, seems grateful for the break from competing with his brothers. Kyle (my middle kid at eight years old) wants to play Aces High so badly, so there's motivation for him to do his best in school. Joseph, the oldest at 10... well, we'll see how he does in fourth grade..... again.
-
School started on the 7th here. Been rotten h#%& on morning commute as I have to drive thru 3 school zones. But as a consolation... lots of hot MILFs :devil

You have got to be a teenager to write this load of rubbish.
-
I agree Lynx
There are very few "sqeekers" i have respect for, most of them are long gone from Aces High!!
Im more happy that the summer ones are gone now!! We have our regular sqeekers but i can deal with them! Its the ones that come on only during the summer that drives me nuts!!
-
You guys hear something squeaking?
No, but I hear something coughing up dust......

and mr. meaty comes back with a nice left upper cut! lol

School started August 7th here. Senior year is going well so far. Already had 3 different girlfriends, aced 5 tests, and said farewell to my best friends going to college. I can tell this year will be great. Who knows...maybe I'll eventually fly again.
-
Fights in OJ were great this AM... now I know why :) :) :)

Already had 3 different girlfriends,
Good lord man. :O

For the love of God man!! Stop being such a man w*ore!!!
-
Just had our first pep rally. It is never truly the school year unless you have had the "Welcome Back Pep Rally."
I must not easily amused or entertained, but I thought the pep rally was horrible, while most everyone else around me was laughing their heads off.

Good old Pep Rallies. Can't say that I miss them, what with the football team being treated like kings and worshipped the entire time.

Nah, our football team is the worst in our area. What we are good at is everything else. There aren't really "kings" at my school, just people who get away with stuff because they don't get caught.

Freshmen are just as bad. They just stand there in the halls, flapping their gums and chewing their gum as if they were prized cattle. Been late thanks to them twice this school year.

Im a junior at my school we have a different building for the freshman... It's prolly the greatest thing ever, unfortunately I have spanish 2 in the freshman building.. It smells funny in there, like rotten eggs and pee..
I love the freshman in the halls though.. Especially the ones that think they are the toejam because they are in high school and dont get out of your way when you walk down the hall... :furious
I hate freshmen......

Gotta watch out for that these days
-
My oldest just started school this past week. During dinner after his first day of school he told me he had a girl friend.. I asked him what her name was and he said he did not know her name and did not have her phone number.. I spent the next few hours explaining the difference between stalking and dating.. He's only 4, I think he'll catch on eventually.... I hope... :pray

Yes, a good deal freshman think they are the greatest thing ever and have a cocky little attitude that does not fit their age at all. It seems as the years go by, I find each class becoming less and less mature and not nearly as capable as adapting to the mediocre standards of high school as their predecessors.
Could just be my imagination though!

im a sophmore.....
God i remember those days, YEARS go!!!
My freshman year was when 9/11 happened!! Ill never forget that day!! Sitting in Algebra I listening to my teach ramble on about how A2+B2=C2 n all that non-scene and then my Principal comes on and tells us what happened and then that we are to report to our Homerooms immediately after 1st period. Lucky for me, if you can call it that, my homeroom was the library so i got to sit there and watch the horrors of 9/11 and the towers fall live on CNN! Ill never forget the rumors that were spreading around that car bombs were going off in Washington DC and how Russian and Chinese troops were landing in force along the Western coast and what not!! Thats a day i will remember for as long as i live and well tell to my grandchildren in the future!!
God bless America n let us not forget the horrors of 9/11
Sorry didnt mean to hijack my own thread but reading about how these kids are Freshman and sophomores made me thing about my time when i was their age and the things that had happened!

<S> to you! I've got three sons also (15, 13, 11). Sons are fun, eh?
I'm disappointed this year that school is starting. We had a fun summer. It could have lasted another 2 or 3 months. Oh well, it'll be around again next year before you can blink.

I second this. I'm a Senior and the maturity levels drop as the years go by. Never really understood that.
