Title: Patch 7 Water Flashing

I have noticed absolutely no problems with frame rates or stuttering, but I noticed that the water looked awful and checked my settings. I found that all the good stuff was turned off and turned it back on... A few minutes later the water started flashing like a flashbulb. No idea what to do with it, or if I can do something to fix it. This is a new issue that did not exist while running these high performance settings patch 6. Just wanted to report it in case no one had came up with it.
