DJ AM Adam Goldstien OD yesterday. He did some nice work with Travis Barker, thats all I know of him.

Celebrity in his own mind and because he did some drugs with big name people??? Come on that guy was just another Darwin candidate that burned out to fast.

There is more to the story than that.  He'd been clean for some time up to the crash in which he sustained severe burns.  My understanding is that during his course of treatment the very strong pain killers used helped facilitate becoming once again addicted and this is a sad ending to an already tragic accident.  This accident has shined more light on some of the aspects of flight training and throughout professional circles the discussions on it will I'm confident save many lives in the future.  It's sad though to see it have to end despite the advocate he was for several years about the dangers of drug abuse.
