I will call the office tomorrow and double check. This email had no links in it with the exception of the email address at the bottom.
I checked the card, and nothing is wrong with it. I forwarded the email to you folks earlier tonight.

all looks legitimate to me......... have you checked your CC to see if it has expired, or did you get a replacement CC card with a new CCV # on the back/front
best advice, call Carrie, (billing ), she'll fix you right up for sure :aok
but if memory serves me right, I received one of these long ago when I switched CC companys and did not update my account info..........
YMMV......

I had a recent incident with my billing too.
I logged on one day to see the pop up message 'You account has a negative balance', I figured my credit card was declined. Wondering why this would of happened, I asked my wife if maybe she forgot to pay the credit card bills this month and it turns out she had. I called Carrie the following Monday and she said, "The card is ok, you just need to update your expiration date."
How is that for customer service, HTC even reminds us to pay our bills. :lol

or it could just be a mistake.
I have used the same CC for all the years i have played. I got a pop up window saying my CC was declined. I waited a couple of days it didn't go away so i put in a diffrent one called HTC and it seemed to be they where trying to run it while the bank systems was down for the day to download for a new day. Simple call to Carrie and she simply posted a note that my card needs to be ran in the after noon in Texas, since i am in Alaska they ran it in the morning like they do all CC and their morning is like 6am for me, so now i have no problems.
Carrie has always taken care of any of my payment problems

This would only be a phishing attack if the links in the email went somewhere other than to hitechcreations.com. If they were indeed links in the original email, the underlying HTML did not transfer over in the copy & paste. Additionally, a phishing attack against a single HTC customer is highly unlikely. Unless a bunch more people report similar email, you may want to check the credit card information for your account, You can do it from within the AH2 app.
