is there any way to map field ack gun to GV mode? Thanks in advance

I'm more than curious as to why you would want to do that.

Anyways....the get round.  You have an option to create "stick sets" or cycle through stick sets.  You could map keys on the keyboard or to your stick to allow you to go to stick set 2 gv.  Once in the ack gun you would just press the key that would be or cycle to your gv stick set.

You'll find it in controller, key mapping.

Thanks Lynx, figured it out last night.

The reason is I have my aileron scaling set all the way to the top to improve roll rate. This makes the right/left traverse jerky/hard to get on target. When on default setting all is good.

I find it odd that the manned guns would not be default to GV mode to start with.

I do it too Lynx.. I guess it's more convenient, the commands to be mapped are pretty much the same.
