You could use another Gigabyte of RAM. (why HP sells Vista boxes with only 1GB RAM is beyond comprehension)
Your paging file usage should be about half of what it is...you still have all that HP/Compaq "bloatware" running in the background...get rid of the "HP extras" junk and that anti-virus they loaded (then grab a freeware anti-virus program)...turn off power management on the video card and your network card.
Video card is a bit on the low end but it might be ok if you drop your Windows resolution down to 1440x900 at 72Hz then run the game at 1280x800 with only detailed terrain and bump mapping on (you're gonna have to tweak your settings).

Should be illegal to sell a Vista box with less than 2GB of system RAM.
They also compound the problem by allowing the video card to steal 255MB of that system RAM for its own use.
You can always download the game and try it. It will not hurt anything to do so. Just make sure you uncheck the "Detailed Terrain" option in the Options->Graphic Details->Advanced panel of the game as that video card will struggle to run that option.
