Title: Please Create More CM Control Options

Please give the CM team more fine-tuned control over both arena configurations and plane setups.  For example, the ability to:

• select available aircraft weapons
• control available aircraft fuel loads
• control field ability to re-arm aircraft
• designate allowable fleet operating areas
• enable or disable flight from individual fields

...and I'm sure there are folks who can come up with more.  :)

The last one is currently doable, but the rest of the list looks good.  +1

Enable/disable the launching or recovering of aircraft depending on the heading of the fleet.
