lookin in the distance Id say you werent feet dry...... but having detailed water turned off the sand extends well out into the water and makes it appear you are on ground

Distance from what?  Looks to me like he's in the center of the port icon.  If Copr says he dry spawned, then I believe he did.

distance from his LVT to the grass......... alot of sand color out there...... all of which is not solid surface

Well I spawned, no movement from LVT as it plopped on LAND, started up and drove with dust flowing behind the LVT.
