Title: Plane didn't show up on radar

yesterday, while circling over a cv with the radar operational, a high con was not showing up on radar. The only reason I noticed it was because of the puffy ack. My icons were in normal mode. I double checked and double checkded the radar ring. What happened there?

They will need the arena, map and time. Also before anyone else asks>Was HQ up at the time and was the CV icon blinking. Did you just log in or within a few minutes of upping?
