 Checked through the logs to see how the past year went for me in FSO. I omitted deaths and kills in bombers, and gvs,and didnt count any assists or objects destroyed. Purely kills while in a fighter killing other fighters or bombers.

  I was absent 3 frames this past year.

  3 of the frames I died outright with no kills 1 death a FF incident.

  6 of the frames were eye for an eye, got a kill but died.

  The rest were a mix of great nights, and mediocre ones.

  Ended up this past year with 55 kills, and 16 deaths.

   3.4 K/D

Nice Filth!

I track our squads every year and post them up for the guys every week after a Friday FSO frame.

Current 332nd Stats for 2009
BigRat has attended the most FSO frames this year with 25
Top killers 1Cajun and RAYL49 at 14 each. Baumer, BigRat, and Kansas follow with 13 each.
TeeeRex has the most assists at 13
Ghosth has the most objects destroyed at 43
TeeeRex has the most deaths at 14
Baumer the most captures at 6
Ghosth has the most ditches at 3
LuckyI3 has the most bailed at 4

Do you count missions where you were in a heavy fighter and destroyed GVs?  I will exclude that sortie because I don't know how it should be counted.

I missed about 4 frames over the last year.

There were only 3 frames where I was in a fighter but didn't score a kill, and two were safe landings.

61 kills / 5 deaths = 12.2KD

I only bothered going through and checking victories, but VMF-251 breaks down as follows. These are all our aerial victories ONLY, regardless of mission type, for 2009.

    No..I didnt count GVs. The 1 frame that helped me was the 262 run on the parked B26s 13 kills :)

It would be great if the score pages had an applet that pumped out interesting statistics.  I almost never look at my arena score but find myself pouring over the logs every Saturday.
