So if I'm reading this right, the driver of the vehicle that hit them not only had kids in her car, but was also drunk?

Sax I believe the driver (woman) in the car of the 2 guys that got out and fought was drunk.  They used the term "other car" so I don't think it was the one with the kids.

Also, I think if the striker (for lack of a better term) was drunk, she would have been "cited" for more than drunk driving.  Manslaughter comes to mind.

Wrong...the Illinois turds own youpper property...it's the local doctors and lawyers that own the best lakefront property from Kenosha to Manitowoc.
