Title: not enough rockets on P-47s

In the hangar view for the P-47N and D40 you can select 10 5" rockets and they are all shown on the plane. However when you spawn the N has only 6 rockets. The D40 spawns with 9.

Grrrr.  It was working.  Why must stuff break?
