Hey, inorder to play h2h I've noticed you must create an acount, but does that mean I also have to pay the 30.00 dollars?, or is creating an acount free so i can play h2h and then later if i want to play online then i pay them.

It's free. You get two weeks of free online time, then you get the option to join. Cancel the account setup and keep the free H2H account.  (http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/Smileys/default/biggrin.gif)
