Only excellent shots should apply for service in the Pulkzerstorer service (Me-262-A-1a/U4 w./ 50mm). It should go for 2-3 times the perks though.

How is it with tanks? :uhoh

Why mess around?? If a 50mm is good, then a 75mm PaK40 is bound to be better... ;)

That was it's original intention from Hitler himself. One of these cannon are on display at the USAF museum in Dayton, Ohio.

Didn't it, "not work"
-
It worked alright. Watsons Whizzers test fired the gun (on a range) and was surprised the Germans had managed to control the recoil so well the plane didnt move much at all. The question that needs to be asked is how many were ever built and does it qualify (which I doubt). I would still love to have it.
Its a terrible shame the captured aircraft was destroyed.

only a few werbies were built and yet they qualified to be here. Normally I hate runner planes, but this would be one fun plane to try. It make just make dr7 get out of his darn tank for a while.

Only two were built (W.Nr.111899 and W.Nr.170083). One of them (W.Nr.111899) was brought to JV 44 for a test sortie by Major Wilhelm Herget, but the cannon jammed. IIRC this aircraft went up in flames at Salzburg. The second Me 262 A-1a/U4 (W.Nr.170083) was the one captured by US forces, a third (incomplete) aircraft was captured by british forces.
