A new version of the terrain editor is now available for download. It incorporates the following fixes:
1- Fixed a bug that caused some machines to be unable to build terrains due to running out of memory.
2- Fixed a bug that caused a crash when using the "Check Entries" test on PT boat spawns.
3- Fixed a bug that would cause the TE not to run on older Windows installations.
