OK, I'm working on a P-47D-11 skin currently, its the typical drab and grey. My issue is when I view it in the offline mode it seems like its very blotchy.  I'm using photoshop CS2, is there away to get rid of this?  Any help is greatly appreciated.

Some colors just don't "blend" well when compressed down.  Red and some oranges for expample.  Try a different shade of OD.. That looks to dark as it is.  Maybe bleach?  Kill the mold? :lol

There's a 3rd party plug-in called 'Bright' which converts your skins to 8 bit 256 colour bitmaps without the bleeding, you could try that.

MAYBE ITS THE BRUSH YOUR USING...... :O

I have the same type of problem, using PS6 and Bright.   When I put dirt/grime (black or grey) layers over OD, the antiglare panels of the P-38 for example, sometimes the result in game are large blotchy brownish/orange areas.

Have not found a satisfactory work around to this.

Anyone care to put up a new link for 'bright' ? The links posted on the forum here don't seem to work

Have you tried this one from Simmer's Paintshop?
