I was a little put off by the lack of emotion inherent in choral singing at first, but almost had a tear when the trumpets came in.  That was well-done.

IMHO, people put so much "emotion" into most of them these days that they end up being cheesy. The rendition our choir learned to sing for the last two years was actually one of the better ones I've heard.
