There is nothing like thick cut, lean Applewood Smoked Bacon...

On a burger...grilled cheese...chopped and sprinkled over a salad...

EVERY THING IS BETTER WITH BACON...

Culinary Heaven.....

Try Alder/Cherry smoked Salmon/Steelhead, or Venison/Elk Jerky...
Gotta hot smoke it, the old fashioned way tho... The BEST!!!

Apple smoked is great too!!! +10

A relative is having an apple tree cut down this weekend, I see lot's of applewood smoking in my future.  :D

If you love bacon then go on line and order the double smoked bacon from a little smokehouse in Bishop California. It's very good.
