The Panzer Panther, the Konistiger(King Tiger), and Jagdpanther(turretless tank-killer), m26 Sheridan, Churchhill, Cromwell, Stewart, Puma.
I remember Aces of the Pacific had a four-engine Japanese bomber with a cannon on the back of it. It's been so long, I don't remember it's name.
Aimable walking-stuka rockets(couldn't they aim them in the war?? Or at least adjust the angle)
Wishing big here, but Submarines and battleship fleets.
Can't a monkey dream?

+1 I would like one of each plz :lol

Never heard of the M-26 Sheridan. I have heard of the M-26 Pershing
and the M-551 Sheridan though :D

P.S. It's Konigstiger and Stuart just FYI
-
Lets have the Sheridan, it had a wire guided anti-tank missile! wohoo! :aok :D
-
I just want that big arse light on the front...... and make it as bright as the sun in game..... forget smoke just blind the other tanks :x
-
The 551 wasnt even a WW2 tank it didnt enter production until 66, and didnt see combat till January 69.
-
I believe thats an InfraRed spotlight as well, so you wouldn't actually see it!!!
They were common on tanks back in those days...

Good looking with the spelling. There's plenty more tanks too.
The Hetzen(low profile turretless tank). I thought it was called the Sheridan, mostly because of Company of heroes(genuinely I had never heard of it before that)
If we intend to have scenerios about 'what if' things, why not add more jets? The Brits had one called the Vampire and the American's also had one, forget the name. The war was over by then, but it is what it is.
The fact that this game doesn't have at least the Panzer Panther is -beyond- me, as that tank was widely regarded as perhaps the finest overall in the war until the t34 started rolling heavy.
And oh! The m10 wolverine(I think it was the m10), a fast moving, light armor tank which was intended to flank and destroy in suppliment with the sherman.

I'll take a dozen.

I appreciate that. But I'm in a gv squad and all I do is fly, understand and it is a battlefield game. I'm just considering which vehicles really swayed the war, the Panther was definitely one of them of all those mentioned. Genuinely, if the Panther and, if, the m26 were added, most of the better tanks would be in the game. Everything else is early war, much shorter range, greatly reduced power or lacking a turret.
I had forgotten about the Stug and Marder III. Good stuff. :)
:salute

Yes, but the home page says "air, land and sea". Does that clear it up for you?

The M-26 Pershing entered the war almost at the end, February 1945 and saw very little action. To include it in this game may cause all the other tanks to become inconsequential.
-
i'd like to see the british comet, king tiger, m18 hellcat and pershing
-
I can see the hellcat, maybe kingtiger and perishing (but only once we fill out the EW and MW tank sets), but not the comet IMHO.
-
Stug III, SU100, BT-7, M18, M36, 76mm Amphibious Sherman, Daimler, Comet, Panther
Any of those would be a welcome addition
-
Comet, i doubt it. Would be fun thoe. Anyhow, I like the M-18, stugIII and M-26 ideas
-
nothing wrong with the comet, its not uber. Wouldnt be used much unless it was free, its 17lber ammo is slower than the firefly's
-
Now that I see we have GV squads I think the spawn points need to be moved further away from bases, unswimable rivers be added to the maps and bridges as strat targets that can prevent GV's from crossing rivers, all this would go along way in ending the GV's from gaming the game (like sitting at the end of a run way vulching etc etc etc)
