hey its a older system but it was doing ok job til just few weeks ago.also have clear internet. for sometime( before updates) could this be a problem thanks

If your major problems are just starting. I would take the side cover off
and see if all it needs is cleaned. sounds like heat related problems..
-
dont run with cover on pc get blown cleaned once a week. thanks anyways, next

Just from what I see in your DxDiag: You are sorely lacking in RAM (add another Gig at least, cheap & easy upgrade), your video card is ancient and probably can't keep up with the new graphics(what texture size are you running?), and it looks like you are using on-board sound instead of a sound card, which puts a lot more strain on your CPU. If you are using a soundpack, get rid of it until you can get a soundcard. How many background processes do you have running? Also never hurts to defrag your hard drive periodically. Maybe a fresh AH install will help. Sometimes, with too many patches, people report having problems.

You cannot run reliably with "Detailed Terrain" option enabled in Options->Graphic Detail->Advanced. The only two options you should check in that panel are "Bump Map" and "Detailed Water".
You should not be forcing on any anti-aliasing either. The "Maximum Texture Size" in the games "Video Settings" should be set to 256. The anti-aliasing slider should be all the way to the left as well.
Given the CPU is the bare minimum to run the game, you need to make sure background processes are at the bare minimum. If the average CPU percent used is not at 0%, 99% percent of the time in the Windows Task Manager, under the "Processes" tab, then you need to work to get it there.
