I was over at the IJA section of www.warbirdsresourcegroup.org (http://www.warbirdsresourcegroup.org) reading about the Ki-45. When I was reading about that plane I noticed a lot of information was missing. Which prompted me to post this. USAAF aircraft have extensive documentation, LW aircraft do too but to a lesser extent. Russian aircraft are fairly well stocked with info as well. Japanese planes, I've noticed, have a distinct lack of data available about them.
This made me wonder if our bout with the load of US equipment had a reason behind it. Since USAAF aircraft generally have more info available about them, wouldn't it make sense to do those planes first? After all, AH has more updates than any other sim. And we do holler long and loud about new aircraft that are added. Whether it's about the new plane itself, or other choices in place of that new plane. Now the expected question...
What aircraft should be done first? I don't mean periods, and I don't mean Perks. I mean countries. Which aircraft from a given country has the least amount of data avilable? Should those be done before or after aircraft with more info available? If they were done first, we'd have a whole new list of rare and unique planes available to fly. This has a downside of waiting longer for a given release, since it takes longer to do those planes.
By contrast, if they were done after the more prevelant planes we'd wait a loooooong time to see them. Again, I don't mean Uber-planes, or super-rare planes, just aircraft with hardly any data available on them. So do you get the harder work done first, or let it wait?
