Same answer to both questions: It's addicting.  :aok

Rule #2:

Quote
What pleases you and displeases you about the HTC product?

OK, how about expressed this way:

I dislike that the game has LITTLE to do with history, by dint of the non-historical matchups, the "chesspiece" sides, and the the gamey "strat features".

Is that better, as applies to Rule #2?

Rule #2

FSO? Scenarios? Snapshots?

(When FSO is rolling, it quite often has more players than any "anything goes" arena)

I have no complaints with game or HTC. Gets better and better. Gameplay sometimes upsets me but mostly its all good.

pleases me

The fact that i get to talk to people from all over the world.

Friendships that are gained due to a mutual addition.

This game is a blast!

The good ole fights, nothing better than a good 1v1 P51vP51 or 51vp38

Watching 200 and seeing some guy rant over and over about being picked. lol

Displeases

People who fly temps in the da because they have no skill!

pilot wounds.

Some of the players.

lack of training available, i have not seen a trainer in training arena in months.

F3 mode in da

Pleases: Getting to know squadmembers from texas to holland and all points in between.  :airplane:

Disspleases: A failure to correct some issues in the game before the next version is released. Some of these issues have been brought to their attention for years and still no attention givin.  :joystick:

I like the flight model, new graphics, customer service.

Don't like the lack of historical scenario gameplay available to daytimers, but that's a function of demand I suppose, so I'm stuck with spit v spit and corsair v mustang.
sigh...

Good:
Planes.  New planes.
Flight models match the planes.

Bad:
Waiting on more new planes.

Ugly:
Players who do not like other players.  Not really something HTC can control.  I play this game to fly against people and share an interest in flight, combat, and aviation history.  One has to accept that there will be all kinds.

oh and we have :airplane:  new smileys :joystick: :headscratch: :bolt:

Dislikes    My gunnery...but HTC can't do much about that...... :noid or can they :noid :D
             and my attitude sometimes

I love the game.

I hate some of the tards (especially those that figure nothing is happening between the patches, as if HTC isn't even showing up to work) and the sudden deletion of the Giant Pizza Party, UFO base, sheep, Giant Squddy...

oh and we have :airplane:  new smileys :joystick: :headscratch: :bolt:

Still can't get the old rolleyes, though. This thing looks retarded. :furious

I'll say that I've played a few online games over the years and never, never has the man who made it actually go public and converse with the players. This is likely the thing I respect the most.

OTH the Walter Mittie in goes get a kick out of shooting down and being shot down in a cartoon plane that I can control.

   :salute

Displease is the wrong word, more like sheer, epic, utter disappointment.....when Tour of Duty was cancelled.

From a business standpoint I love that you can pick up the phone and talk to Dale or Roy just about any time you want during business hours. I rate their customer service top notch.

Yeah, but they tend to get pissed when you call them at home after midnight.
