Title: Bug with ditching plane/landing?

I have had several cases where I have ditched a plane, come to a complete stop, and before I can type .ef, i'm in the tower dead. I have also landed an unscabbed plane at a base with no one around, base not flashing, roll to a complete stop and puuf..... it says I have been killed. I have been unable to catch this on film yet. :furious

Yup, me too.

In TA parked my FW190 on the runway, engine off, end sortie.....DITCH?

No big deal in the TA but in MA would be a disappointment.
