Title: ATACK, if a plane can cary bombs why can't it atack?

?, some plane's (ki 61, to name but one) can cary bombs yet they have no atack function. What is the deciding factor?

Obviously, HTC are trying to irritate you with illogical inconsistancies in their game...

Ahhhhhhhhh.....
