Title: P-47M fuel usage

Hi!

Don't know if this is really a bug, but it seems so. When I pull up the e6b I can see the actual fuel-cunsumption in GpH. When in WEP the P-47M uses less GpH then in normal 100% throttle.

Is this correct?
