Will this plane be added to AH?? I would like to fly it, cause my sources tell me that is was a hell of a fighter and it looks pretty nice too.

The Fw 190D-9 will be added but it will be an "Überperk" plane. In order to fly the Dora you will have to spend at least 50 hours per tour flying the Fairey Fulmar.

Hopefully we'll get it in 1.05, 1.06 or 1.07.

I somehow hope it won't get added, after watching all of the dweebs suddenly becoming LW lovers, and taking the A5 to 25k. Dive ho dive ho.
What is the world coming to? I remember fondly a time when LW pilots where skilled individuals flying in planes that had serious flaws - the f4's weak speed, the g2's sucky guns and relatively weak speed, the compromise of the G6, the G10 with its horrible trim characteristics, worse roll rate, brick imitation turns and terrible high speed handling, with speed and climb as its only redeeming qualities (but oh, what qualities!)
Not to forget the A8 with its amazing climb and unbelievable sustained turn capability and e preservation.
A8 kicks ass, and that's a fact. I love flying it because it keeps you on the deck, in very hot fights, in the danger zone and kills are very rewarding. And there ain't much that compares to reversing a situation in either the G10 or even better the A8.
So, with the Dora we will have InstantConverts(tm) that suddenly start thinking that maybe the LW are pretty cool, but thinking that LW is an abbreviation of LoneWolf and actually an American plane designed for the amateur with little skill.

Now, there are quite a number of A5 drivers that aren't InstantConverts(tm), and these are excluded from my criticism (http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/Smileys/default/smile.gif).
And, I've seen why HO's are enjoyable - there ya are, outnumbered, low, slow and a dweeb comes straight for ya. Straight towards 2*30 + 2*20 +2*13. Serves 'im right, I am gonna die anyhow.
Also good is the HO faking technique. I mean, I'm not decided whether I am gonna head on til about d1.5. In the G10, I am almost certainly gonna avoid the HO; in the A8, it's my turn to scare the opponent.
Oooh, not to mention jabo! How I wish I could carry more bombs though! Those 30mm's are purty when they impact on ack, M-16's, planes taking off and most specifically hangars (http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/Smileys/default/smile.gif).

Seems i hit a nerve, but sry i am new to this game (2days in now), and i am a real german, and i think the D9 was the best GE non-jetfighter of the war. I would love to fly it, cause it looks beautiful and it must be a real hot rod to fly.
I am no Uberbweeb or what ever u call ratio hunters in AH, i am a veteran FA pilot and there the D9 is a flighing brick, down even by a Hurrican or a P38 in a turnfight or even BnZ, and i would like to fly a D9 that is what i read about it was in WW2
