Title: About the con
Post by: Skulls22 on October 21, 2009, 04:19:53 PM: Iv'e got a few Q's about it. I know it's on saturday, but do you have to be at the convention? What time is it? Arena? and is it posted like a mission.

Post by: daddog on October 21, 2009, 04:49:53 PM: As long as I have been around the con missions were always Saturday night. Usually around 9 or 10 PM Eastern. No telling what arena it will be in. This year they opened up a 'Con Arena' which kinda told you what arena it would be in. I would expect they will do the same next year. :)

As far as flying the 'con airplane' they plan on making it available ONLY to those attending the con. I think the days of players enjoying the con airplane who are not at the con are coming to an end.

AWWW. So I have to travel 2000 miles, and spend 1000 dollars to get to fly the con plane for 2hrs. Geezz, that doesn't seem right. :cry :cry

If that's all your coming for then it's not worth your time and money. If you would like to meet the creators of AHII and the entire staff and a bunch of pilots you see in the arenas then I think it is.

Relax, I'm just whining. Logged on few hours to late to see the tricked out Fokker. :cry :cry WW1 sounds interesting. I will enjoy flying my Fokker and augering my Fokker. Winging with Fokkers ,and dodging and shooting other Fokkers. :cheers:
