Title: Tank muzzle flash no longer follows barrel

I've noticed the last few nights and during Scenario BETA that although other tanks will rotate their turrets around, when they fire the muzzle flash will always appear in the place it would if their gun were in the "neutral" (the way it spawned) position.

Maybe it's just on my end, I dunno.

I don't have this problem,sometimes I do see tanks shoot at me when their turrets are in netural position but this is rare for me.
