This is my skin of the 488 Squadron RNZAF Buffalo of Pilot Officer N. Sharp. Sharp scored three kills during the defence of Singapore. He was later killed in action while flying a Hurricane and was awarded a posthumous DFC.

Might be your PC? I have a high end computer & I can see the stripe wrapping up & over the fin. Now the green back ground is only a few shades differant to the stripe I think your colours might be bleeding together on the plane & the back ground giving the illusion of no fin stripe? Even with the picture you posted it still seems to be there? May be some others can verify what they see?

I'm talking about the white stripe that wraps around the body? where the tail fin meets that?
I have a decent computer.

That is what I am talking about. Greebo will be on soon & will confirm it I am sure.

The ID stripe on the rear fuselage is in RAF duck egg blue, which is actually more of a light green colour. In the first screenshot it blended with the terrain behind the aircraft and gave the illusion that the tail fin was cut off. The screenshot below shows up the stripe better.
The RAF's Buffalos were painted by Brewster in US made equivalents of RAF dark earth, dark green and duck egg blue. When they arrived in Singapore they had their left undersides painted in black and the fuselage stripe and spinner painted duck egg blue as theater ID markings. This particular aircraft had its cowling rim replaced after an accident. Ideally I would make the left wheel hub black, but its mirrored to the right hub on the Buffalo skin.
