For those of us that went to Elementary School that had the 6th Grade.
1. How many times can you subtract 5 from 25? Once, after you subtract it the first time it becomes 20.
2. Before Mt. Everest was discovered, what was the biggest mountain in the world? Mt. Everest
3. How is it possible for two fathers and two sons to pay only for a buffet when the buffet costs per person? Is this written correctly? Seems to be some words missing or something.
4. In a criminal trial, what is the relationship of the defendant to the trial judge, if the defendant's brother-in-law's only sister's husband is the father of the son of the judge? The defendant and the judge are the same person which is impossible.
5. Which weighs more, a pound of pennies or a pound of dimes? They are both a pound.
6. Two U.S. coins add up to 55 cents, but one coin is not a nickel. What are these coins? A 50 cent piece and a nickel, you said one coin is not a nickel and that's true it's the 50 cent piece.
7. What is it that the people who make it, don't want it; the people who buy it, don't use it; and the people who use, don't know it? A coffin

4. In a criminal trial, what is the relationship of the defendant to the trial judge, if the defendant's brother-in-law's only sister's husband is the father of the son of the judge?
Sister-in-law

4. In a criminal trial, what is the relationship of the defendant to the trial judge, if the defendant's brother-in-law's only sister's husband is the father of the son of the judge?
Sister-in-law
Nope, I thought about this some more. The defendant is a man married to the judge who is a woman. Here's how it works.
Ok, let's give them names like Courtney (Defendant), Matt (Brother-in-law), Sarah (Sister)
Courtney's bro-in-law is Matt whose only sister is Sarah
Courtney has to be married to Sarah
Sarah has a child
Sarah's husband is the father of the son of the judge (She is the mother)
That leaves the other parent of the child to be the judge who is Sarah
Sarah is married to Courtney
My first answer wasn't thought out very well.
What other one did I miss? The only other one possible is the buffet question because there's not enough information. I'm thinking it's missing a total for the buffet and a price per person in which case I know the answer, I think.

3. How is it possible for two fathers and two sons to pay only for a buffet when the buffet costs per person?
Only one person went to the restaurant.
-
3. How is it possible for two fathers and two sons to pay only for a buffet when the buffet costs per person?
Shouldnīt the question be: How is it possible for two fathers and two sons to pay only 21 for a buffet when the buffet costs 7 per person?

Then it would be easy. Grandpa Joe, Joe Bob, and Joe Jr.
Grandpa Joe is father of Joe Bob
Joe Bob is father of Joe Jr
Joe Bob is son of Grandpa Joe
Joe Jr is son of Joe Bob

4. In a criminal trial, what is the relationship of the defendant to the trial judge, if the defendant's brother-in-law's only sister's husband is the father of the son of the judge?
Impossible relationship because it would cause a mistrial because of possible bias. They would have to appoint a different judge... oh you want a 6th grade answer and not a 17th grade law course answer... I've been in school too long.
The judge is the defendant or he got it on with the judge's wife.

"Well, what does that make us?"
"Absolutely nothing, which is what you are about to become."
And to answer the OP's question, I would have to say no I am not.

You can subtract 5 from 25 as many times as you want. Here:
25 - 5 = 20
25 - 5 = 20
25 - 5 = 20 25 - 5 = 20
25 - 5 = 20 25 - 5 = 20
See? I can subtract 5 from 25 as many times as I want, because I mostly do what I want!
