Do we actually know what ammo mix we are using ?
For example, does MG 151/20 in Fw 190A-5 have different ammo mix than MG 151/20 in Fw 190A-8 ? Knowing that A-8 came later, when bomber interception was the absolute priority.
Does our MG 151/20 use only one type of ammo ? Or is it real mix, with different rounds with different ballistics ?
Does our ammo mix change if we choose 2 20mm instead of 4 20mm in 190 ? Hmmm.
How many HE shells ? How many AP ? APIs ?
What were historical types of amo mixes ?
Woulnd't it be nice to customize the ammo mix ? For anti-bomber or anti-fighter work ?
And tracers ? At least on your FE ?
Will this (or was it) ever be explained by Pyro or HT ?
I can only recall someone from HTC mentioning different (preset) mixes to be possible, but that was months ago.
Please, let's hear some opinions.
