The film has some various footage from the Midway battle or around that time.

This guy has some of the best war footage I've seen and continually upload new films to his channel. Anyone interested in original WW2 footage should subscribe.

Always  :salute the troops. Anyone who has been in war gets use to it because that's where they are for a whole tour (some guys in WWII were in combat for 2-3 years I think), and you just try to do your job and live all the while you could die at any moment. Then when the they get back home they're still adjusted to war time and not peace time. Must be a hard transition.
