Well,I've been looking for RAM online recently, I've been trying to find some good DDR2 1066MhZ,I have heard about the Corsair Dominator and I was going for nothing but that, but then I stumbled across these other brands that have almost the same timings, which would I be better off with? Is it worth dishing out the extra cash for the dominator and airflow fans or should I go with the cheaper G skill or equally priced OCZ Reaper?

I take it your overclocking? If so, how far do you want to go.
-
I'd like to go as far as I safely can without killing the life of the product, but also enough to give me a noticable kick in response times. Right now I have some pretty horrendous RAM w/3 sticks running at 5.3GB/sec and the other at 4.3. Not sure what the timings are.

I'm sure TilDeath will come along and recommend some RAM for you as he follows that very closely. Side note that I have my E6400 OC'd from 2.13Ghz to 3.2Ghz on some 4-4-4-12 800mhz DDR2 G.Skill. And before that I had it at 2.67ghz on 4-4-4-12 667mhz DDR2 G.Skill. Never had any problems with their product.

I prefer OCZ myself, the Reaper series is quite nice I've heard.

No problems with Corsair either. :old:

IMO all major brands are good.

The OCZ will overclock easier and higher at its rated timings then the GSkull or the Corsair without adding volts to the memory. The Dominators will overclock but it takes a lot of time to configure them at the higher speeds. I have had OCZ Reapers and OCZ Platinum series DDR2 1066 running anywhere from 1600 to 1804MHz. If you should Kill any OCZ memory with an overclock as long as you stayed within the voltages they state, you are covered for life.
My Vote here would be OCZ Platinum then the Reaper series

I have 4gb ocz reaper 1066 in my rig right now, best ram i've had,
just debating wether to get another 4gb or a NZXT tempest case

Cooling before heating. ;)

Case would be cheaper too :). Was thinking of getting more ram too. But prices more than double in two months
