Should I use AH settings, or video card or both?

not sure but think u set it on card to application controlled, then set it on ah.  at least that's how i have mine.

Since the game supports it, just set it in the video options in game.  Believe the AA settings are located in the video section on the clipboard.  Make sure that you also set your video card to application controlled for AA.

Unless you have major horsepower for a video card you are better off using application controlled for every setting of the video card. If you have SLI or Crossfire (8800s and above or 4870s and above) you want to initially use application controlled until you know you are getting smooth video play (shut down background processes etc) and only then enhance the application settings with video card settings. Do not use split-frame rendering or alternate frame rendering. You want the primary card to handle frame rendering and the second card to handle post-processing (anti-aliasing filtering etc.).
