How long does it take when a new nose art is uploaded for it to appear on the other Squad members planes or vehicles  :headscratch:

All you should have to do is have the squad CO (if you're not it) go to the O'Club>Squads page on the Clipboard and "submit noseart" or whatever.  No emails should be needed, unless you want to aggravate Skuzzy  :D
