The Great War, The World War, The War to End All Wars, The Kaiser's War, The War of the Nations and The War in Europe. What ever you want to call it, it was the war the change the world.

It was amazing and moving to see so many people at and in my school stopping whatever they were doing and pausing for two minutes. Several people I was with did the same as soon as they remembered what was happening.

No, not the war itself, but its peace treaty is what helped to cause future wars. I don't want to start a debate with this remark; I think we can all agree on that point.

You can still go out to the area that the trenches occupied and if you dig you will find human remains... everywhere nearly. Tragic.
