Straffo's request reminded me to update this older mission to the new version.  So here it be:

Blasted 'Ghost' plane starts shooting at you   :furious as soon as you lift off.  Wondering if changing countries would solve that?

I had the same problem, ghost planes when I fly as a p40, and none when I fly as a zero, until after all the p40s were dead, then I had one latch onto me.

The dreaded 2.16 version bug strikes again.  I'd hoped this little mission would be able to get through without the problems.  The inviso-plane problem was around a few versions ago, but seems to be back worse than ever with the current version. :frown:

Thia mission is plagued with (ghost's). Hope you guys get it fixed.. I like the ideah..

I wish there was something we players could do about the invisible AI, but we all know we can't.  That falls on HTC.  I've been in touch with Sudz, but he is having trouble replicating the bugs from his end, but that had more to do with missing flights from my Hell's Gate mission.  I'll forward this one to him as well if it's plagued that badly (I didn't play it).  Hopefully he will get the same results and a fix will come. :salute

I just played this one for the first time since updating & releasing it.  I experienced every bug the current AH ME version has to offer.  Out of 28 Zekes, only 4 showed up to the fight.  The rest never spawned or were invisible.  I counted seeing "ghost" AI 3 times in a couple minutes.  They were shooting at the Zekes, even though the P-40s were all accounted for.  The I got a CTD/MS error when I clicked end sortie.  I got the whole bug buffet!  I'll be sending this one to Sudz to look at, as it is about as simple a mission as you can make and it contains all the current bugs. :(

Copy , same here ranger, only 4-6 zekes uped, and half the p40's went off in formation towards a mountain, plus ghoste fire on a6m's from the laucnh to  middle...

I get 4 Zekes and all of the P-40's, plus ghost fire on both me and on against the enemy  :headscratch: I just try to get thier first and get a kill before the other P-40's arrive. If the glitches get fixed this will be my favorite mission (the P-40 is my all time favorite warbird). Thanks for giving us what we do have Ranger  :salute.

Thank you.  Sorry about the bugs.  I've sent this one to Sudz, as it is a great example of all the bugs we are experiencing at this time.
