Title: B17 Throttle
Post by: rosburn on November 19, 2009, 07:10:02 AM
How do you adjust fuel mixture (rich/lean) on the B17 Flying Fortress? In AHII is that function assigned to the B17's "Throttle" or is there a seperate control or setting that I am unaware of? A somewhat related question that I have is can we configure differernt fuel loadout percentages (for fuel management) beyond what is available as standard options in the hanger? Thanks! WarHorse

You don't. All you can adjust is RPM and manifold pressure.

No.

Thank you sir for confirming what I suspected. At the risk of hijacking my own bulletin board string, is there a way to set up the clipboard so that the map remains stationary and the airplane icon transits across the mapboard vs the mapsheet moving under the icon? I thought I saw an option to do that some months ago but now I have been unable to find how to do it on the bulletin board or the AH web site. Again thank in advance for the help. WarHorse
