Lol, I received mine at 0255 EST this morning so it could have hit some time late at night when he was sleeping and he just hasn't checked the mail to get them to y'all.

AXIS orders went out last night 2100 CST/2200 EST.

Only one AXIS squad did not recieve their orders at that time by simple error---they now have them in hand.
