For those that havent tested it yet. First of all, this is a real fighter, MUCH more capable than an unloaded Arado. It has a superb hi speed control (out rolls any 190/P51 at hi speeds), average climb rate (about 3000 fpm at 10k, 100% fuel at take-off), very good zoom climb, impressive acceleration at lo level, very good diving characteristics, and, the most surprising thing, a more than decent combat radius. Oh! And the most impressive firepower I've ever seen in AH.

Haven't flown it online so far - but looks like my favourite ride - if I can afford it...  :D

MANDOBLE,

I agree with you on everything except for two points.

I don't feel that it accelerates very well and I don't think that it has the most impressive firepower in AH.  The Mosquito VI does.

Get the 262 fast, fly smart and you'll be untouchable.

best accelleration in the game.. above about 350 mph indicated...
