I am looking for the most reliable 4-5 port ethernet switch. A lot of the name brands now, are putting out crap. Thank You Ketinkrad

Switches?  Never had a switch fail on me in 10 years.  I've owned Linksys and D-Link Switches.  Routers....now those I've had fail.

Not sure what you're talking about but you're not going to ultra reliable in the 4-5 port desktop category...but you could try this one:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16833122128 (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16833122128)

Or you could try this one:

I've tried Netgear, Cisco, Avaya, Linksys, D-link...for home use I go Netgear or Linksys...business, it's Cisco...and never had a problem.

thats what I'd go for, been using netgear business range for years and they've been utterly reliable. really small, solid metal cases with the option to flat wall mount them (I attach them to the back of desks to keep them out the way) :aok
