Title: Are GV gunsights customizable?

I have been successful in changing the sight for the Ostwind main gun, but haven't been able to change, say, the machine gun sights on the PT.  

Which GV sights can be customized?

Ones that use reflector or glass sights.  The PT guns have static, iron sights.
