Title: 2170 hi res pack kicks off Avast Adware warning

Post by: Beefcake on December 02, 2009, 11:56:56 PM: I actually haven't installed the update that just came out but my AVAST still said the hi res pack was Adaware.

Post by: Wobbly on December 03, 2009, 12:39:42 AM: reading that thread I linked, Avast is completely hosing some peoples computers if they let it scan. I have uninstalled it and will wait for a resolution

Post by: DrDea on December 03, 2009, 08:42:02 AM: Just turn it off,download and install. If it still goes apeshat when ya get it installed you can tell it that everything is frosty.
