Title: Mission Edit Error after installing new AH Patch

I installed the latest version of AHII and now the mission editor will not work. Are the two not compatible or do I need to configure something? When I start up the mission editor I get an error box that reads, "Initialization failed with error -9" Mission editor is the latest version.
