Rgr that, well I'm not too knowledgeable with PCI stuff...hopefully someone else can come along and help you...but a few of the obvious things to try...
If your card is PCI, try a different PCI slot, if it's PCIe try switching the card out with the air card (ie run on onboard if you have it, or old gfx carD).

did you get the Aircard through AT&T?  If so, this is what their support site has about the issue.  Also what type of computer, PC or laptop?  If it's a laptop, maker?

Microsoft Windows Shows a Blue Screen (BSOD) or Temporarily Freezes after an AT&T LaptopConnect Plug and Play Device is Connected (http://www.wireless.att.com/answer-center/main.jsp?t=solutionTab&ft=searchTab&ps=solutionPanels&locale=en_US&_dyncharset=UTF-8&solutionId=KB90451&isSrch=Yes)

Hope this helps.

Yes i use Att ut I just take 3g sim out of my phone and use it in card so no support there.  Its on a PC desktop I flashed the BIOS and evrything else works great but not the pcmi aircard.  Vista 32bit  Sierra customer service was non existant the guy said uninstall and reinstall other than that we dont know.  Ive tried downloading the latest 3g watcher but the download freezes before finishing every time same spot 23.7mb out of 32mb

Ok got the computer working again but still crashes to blue screen with aircard.  I switched the pcmi to another slot no good.  I uninstalled the pcmi card with the device manager and reinstalled no good.  I uninstalled the aircard from the manager no good.

Did you update the firmware for the Aircard?  Seems like most issues with the Aircard either stem from not updating the firmware or using a Texas Instruments PCI GemCore-based SmartCard controller.

Try calling AT&T since they are the ones you got the card from to use their service.

The firmware "lives" on the card.  Update the firmware in the computer where you mentioned that it does work (after making SURE you have a way to reinstall the current firmware again first, in case it breaks it for both !!!), and then try it on the newly updated computer.

That might be your best bet at this point, although it would be nice to know why it's not working correctly just in case someone else runs into the same problem.

with the BSOD what stop codes are shown? or better yet, compress the .dmp file and upload it to a hosting site or and ftp site where I can get at it and I will take a look to see if I can tell what is causing the bliescreen

Cheers

Awesome!!!  Got my fresh brand new 4g USB modem from sprint!  Install the sprint program and drivers!  And restart the computer.  Everything seems good but windows will not open black screen with mouse pointer flashing then restart over and over again.  So I call asus motherboard tech support guess what they say bios flash will not cause this it's a windows problem "you must reinstall windows". Ok I reinstall windows guess what that erases evrything! Pictures videos documents programs all gone :(.  And guess what plug in aircard BLUESCREEN!  ASUS SUXS!

1) Reinstalling windows will not wipe everything clean unless you choose to format the harddrive during installation
2) You should always backup your data

Next time you'll know better I guess.  :headscratch:
