What is something that just irritates you? Not the big things that get you in a rage instantly, but they small things that when it happens you go into that little mode where you feel both angry and normal at the same time. It feels like anything can set you off at this point, and you just feel weird until either you calm down a bit, or something does set you off.
For me it's doing something twice in the same way, and getting two completely different results. An AHII example would be I take a P-51 to a base we are trying to take. I get some alt so I can deal with the many fighters trying to defend. First sortie I get 5 kills, rtb, and land. I think "That was a good run!", so I do it again. Now nothing has changed at all: Same plane, same alt, same fuel, same plan, same number of friendlies attacking in the same manor, same number of enemies defending in the same manor, but this time I get 1 kill and die.
Most times I die I can tell what I did wrong to die, but in this situation I have no clue what I did wrong. Worked perfect the first time, why would it not work the second? :furious
So, what irritates you!??

Actually, Christmas does it to me...when it's over I feel like "what the hell just happened?"

Does it have to be AH related. A big one for me is people who race to get through yellow lights (or even red). It's the worst at left turns, I get peeved when my light is green but I have to wait for more people to keep going through their red left arrow.

Why don't you explain to us why? Do you not have a reason? Why don't you have a reason? Just don't think it is necessary? Do you think you are too good for reasons? How many questions can I ask before you get irritated?
A few peeves of mine are when I am sitting next to a couple people, talking to them or what not, then they whisper something to eachother than look at me. Another is when someone IM's or texts me like they want to talk, just to say "what's up?" "nothing" and "cool".

Do you think he will be insanely irritated by this? Or just slightly irritated? If he ever responded, don't you think we'd know the answer? Why don't you respond, too scared? Or are you already irritated?

Ok so you guys know other than being a target here in AH, I'm a truck driver.
The thing that irrittes the living hell (and I'm beingt nice about that) is the idiots that don't know when to turn out their high beams. I mean, come on just cuz you are on the other side of the barrier and can't see the truck light doesn't mean we can't see yours...
Just a little hint if you can see the clearance lights then we can see your lights.

When folks use than instead of then. Actually that error has become so common, even in newspapers and news websites, that it moves from making me feel peevish in the morning to down right aggravated in the evenings and then starts again the next morning. :furious

Yes to the above! My peeve. People you can't put the cell phone down. Even when talking to the person next to them. Maybe someday said people. Will have communication chips implated in there azz. So their head doesn't have far to go.

Oh, I have fog lights, too. About the only time I use them is when I am getting blinded by someone else using them. But, yea, those blue lights suck, too.

i was driving tow trucks for awhile. they weren't that big....only gvw'd at 25,900.
had a ford e-350 cargo van loaded up on one. girl(blonde of course) in a saab convertible, comes blasting past me as we're comin to a traffic light, pulls in front of me, and stands on the brake.
i didn't know if i should be looking in back, for the chains letting loose on the van, or looking at her car as it rapidly approached me from my 12.
thankfully i missed her.......but i did let her know how i felt about that. and she had the nerve to call the shop number, and tell them some idiot in truck # XX was yelling at her for no good reason. :rolleyes:

That is annoying though, speaking to someone and they can't really hear you but don't say anything until you're all done talking before they say "Sorry, I couldn't hear you what did you say?" Then you have to saying the whole thing over.
Another things that bugs me are people who take games WAAAAY too seriously. It's a game that's meant to be played for entertainment and to make friends while playing, not to call everyone else a "!**#" or a "##!*" or any other combination of the most outrageous language you've ever heard.

Totally agreed with. I hate it when your trying to speak and you have a person that just keeps talking over you. Wanna break out the whipping stick and slap them across the mouth.
Cell phones and people that are impatient awaiting your return call. So they call you five times in a row. Yes I have my phone with me. No I didn't answer the first time nor the 2nd 3rd 4th or 5th. I'll freaking call you when I'm not driving, when I have better reception or better yet when I'm done googleing the Wednesday BABE.
People that I have just given instructions to and the moment I leave the job site it's not getting done how I explained it to them or its not getting done how I have shown them to do it....Your an employee in my company and you will do it like I explained it or you will be fired. It's contract work. It has to be done as it is explained in the contract or I get fired. You wanna loose your house fine but I'm not going to loose mine.

It irritates me when people use "This is true" after you make a true statement. Why can't they say "That is true." or "You're right". Saying "This is true" sounds like they holding the statement in their hands like a new puppy they just bought. "This is true, we just bought him not too long ago. He's a true statement and we love him!"
On a BBS it's ok though because you can insert quotes in your post and now people can see what you are saying is true.
