Title: To be able to control CVs manualy similar to a PT boat....

The ablity to be able to controll the actions of the Flat Top Manualy.....When In command of it..and the ablity once in Command to be able to engage/disengage the flight deck....that way sneak attacks with CVs can be Sneaky :)
