Title: AH won't load!

I have had problems with FR's and mini freezes since last patch, tried everything.... now, when I go to load the game, I get a error message. What gives?

When does the error occur?

A DXDIAG output would be helpful. 

Are you running some anti-virus (or some other anti-xxxx software) program? 
Do you have the high resolution texture pack loaded? 
Custom sounds? 
What configuration is set in the "Video Settings"? 
What options do you have enabled in the Options->Graphic Details->Advanced panel?

Skuz, Del, thanks for your replies....    I recently had some problems after last patch with FR's stutters and whatnot, and also was having probs with IE.... I re-dl'd IE8 and graphics drivers and set all the settings and then AH wouldnt load....

I just clicked on AHicon this morn, and it is loading....  don't know what was wrong, but I will try and see if it is playable and post back here....

Depending on what vid card you have, using the newest drivers can actually make things worse.

That was one problem I was having, I have x1600 series radeon, and had to use archive 3v.8.252 omega drivers...new ones jacked it up bad.  I think things are settling in, the game loads and played more stable than it has since prob started, I can take it from here, thanks alot for your help.
