Title: can't gwet into bomb sight

I have the bomb sight set to u but can't get into it please help

That will get you into the bombardiers' position. Use 'U' then 'Y' to calibrate.  'O' To open doors if applicable.

I know that the u button gets into it but it won't work and I even tried to set it to a button on my joy stick but nothing happens.
I've tried b'17s b'25 and Lancaster. Please help

F6 gets you into the sight U and Y for calibration.

F6 moves you to the bombsite, hitting "U" starts the bomb calibration mode, and hitting and HOLDING "Y" sets the speed and altitude into the bomb site. The longer you hold "Y" the more accurate your calibration. Be sure to hit "U" again to get OUT of the calibration mode and to get back into the bomb site so you can drop your bombs. Changing altitude or speed means you have to go through the calibration mode all over again.
